To use our services, purchase tickets or participate in raffle draws, you agree to:

• Accept sole responsibility for all activities, ticket purchases and wallet transactions conducted under your account

2. Ticket Purchases & Payments

OURWIN Nigeria sells event tickets with integrated entries into our weekly draws. All ticket prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦). You agree to:

• Pay a ticket fee of ₦500 per entry (or other designated price shown at the time of purchase)
• Use only authorized, secure payment methods (such as cards, bank transfers or wallet balances processed securely through our trusted payment gateways)
• Acknowledge that all ticket sales, wallet deposits and promotional entries are final, non-refundable and non-transferable

3. Live Raffle Draws & Prizes

Our raffle draw system operates under strict rules of transparency and automation:

• We run four live draws every week. Every draw is automated, transparent and streamed live at draw.ourwinnigeria.com for public view.
• We deliver high odds of winning: five winners are selected per 100 tickets processed in a draw.
• Prizes in our catalogue range from everyday essentials, gadgets and household appliances to premium grand prizes such as vehicles, flights, couple visas and landed properties.
• Draw results generated by our automated engine are final, absolute and binding on all participants.

4. Winner Verification & Prize Claims

If you win a prize in any OURWIN Nigeria draw, you must comply with the following claim guidelines:

• Winners are notified immediately via SMS, email alerts and public announcements on draw.ourwinnigeria.com.
• You must provide valid, official identification (e.g. driver's license, international passport, national ID card) matching your registered profile to verify your identity.
• All prizes must be claimed within the specified duration notified during verification. Unclaimed prizes after this period may be forfeited or redistributed in future draws.
• Any taxes, government registrations, insurance fees or third-party transfer costs associated with grand prizes (such as vehicles or landed property) are the sole responsibility of the winner unless explicitly stated otherwise by OURWIN Nigeria.

5. Wallet Deposits, Payouts & Fraud Prevention

Our platform enables wallet-based balances for easy ticket purchases:

• All wallet balances and deposits are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Any attempt to reverse a transaction, submit chargebacks, perform fraudulent deposits or manipulate payment flows will result in immediate account suspension, wallet confiscation and referral to law enforcement agencies in Nigeria.
• Verified cash prizes or referral commission payouts are processed securely into your verified Nigerian bank account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders or scraping tools to buy tickets or manipulate draws
• Creating multiple fake accounts to exploit promotional offers, referrals or referral draws
• Attempting to hack, deface, disrupt or compromise the security of our website, database or drawing engine
• Violating any gaming, anti-money laundering or financial laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

7. Limitation of Liability

OURWIN Nigeria shall not be liable for:

• Any stream delays, network disruptions, server downtime or internet connectivity issues on the participant's end during live draws
• Failed payment gateway processing or delays in banking networks
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from wallet use, prize claims or event ticketing
• Delays or failures in running draws due to events beyond our control (force majeure, government policies or network outages)

Our maximum cumulative liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to purchase tickets on our platform during the specific event draw in question.

8. Claims & Disputes

Any disputes or questions regarding raffle entries, tickets or prize distributions must be submitted within 72 hours of the draw. All claims, terms and agreements shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, proprietary automated draw engines, logos, text, graphics and website content are the exclusive property of OURWIN Nigeria and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
